She is the proud wife, of twenty-one years, to Minister Darrell Smith and the proud mother of two daughters, Tiara and Lia and one son, Tyler.  She is blessed with four adorable grandkids; Talia, Tylen, Chrishon and Tamerian.  She graduated from DeWitt High School then later attended Marks II Beauty Academy in Pine Bluff, AR where she received her Cosmetology license.  She has been the owner and operator of Hair by Leasa Beauty Salon for fifteen years, which is located in DeWitt.

In 1999, she started working full-time for the DeWitt School District as a Para-Professional working with Special Needs students.  She loves working with young people and helping out wherever needed.  While working for the DeWitt School District full-time and doing hair part-time she decided to pursue her education further and enrolled at Phillips Community College at University of Arkansas in Business and Science and graduated in May of 2007 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Office Technology -Administrative Support.

She is the proud member of Lively Stone Pentecostal Church where she currently serves as Sunday School Superintendent, Pastor’s Aid Secretary, member of the Inspirational Choir and Secretary and also a member of the Praise Team.  She loves working with young people and serving in the ministry wherever there is a need.  For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to server other….
